针对目前高校财务预算管理存在的资金供求矛盾大,预算编制经验性,预算执行监管不够或缺乏民主等问题,从《高校财务制度》相关理论出发,对加强高校财务预算管理提出了相应的解决对策。

In response to the contradictions existing in financial budget in colleges and universities, and the inadequacy or insufficiency of budget arrangement experience and execution of budget supervision, corresponding solutions are put forward for reinforcement of the administration of financial budget in colleges and universities.
