摘要
以ZnCl2/C为催化剂,乙二醇与乙酸进行酯化反应,合成了乙二醇二乙酸酯。研究了反应物配比、反应时间、催化剂种类和用量、反应温度及带水剂种类和用量等因素对合成乙二醇二乙酸酯的酯化反应的影响。结果表明,ZnCl2/C对反应具有较高的催化活性。在n(乙酸)∶n(乙二醇)=2.5∶1,反应时间5.0h,催化剂的加入量为乙酸和乙二醇总质量8.6%,带水剂(甲苯)的用量为反应混合物体系总体积35%的条件下,酯收率为80.5%。催化剂可重复使用9次。
Glycol diacetate was synthesized from glycol and acetic acid by estefification using ZnCl2/C as catalyst. The influences of reaction conditions on conversion of the esterification reaction was investigated. The results showed that ZnCl2/C had high catalytic activity for synthesizing glycol diacetate. The optimal conditions were as follows : molar ratio of acetic acid to glycol 2.5 : 1, reaction time 5.0 h, mass ratio of the catalyst to the total materials 8.6 %, volume ratio of the taking water agent methylbenzene to the total reaction system 35 %. The yield of the product was 80.5 % under above conditions. The catalyst could be reused 9 times.
