本文指出我国应借鉴国外一些大陆法系国家的刑法,有限度考虑我国“见死不救罪”的设立。

Using penal code of continental law system adopted by foreign countries for reference, this article points out that＂The charge of seeing someone in mortal danger without saving him＂ should be established.
