摘要 目的建立薄芝菌丝体的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对薄芝菌丝体中核苷类成分腺苷进行定性鉴别;用高效液相色谱法对尿苷进行定量分析。结果定性鉴别分离度好,专属性强;尿苷的含量测定线性范围为0.17696~0.8848μg(r=0.9998,n=5)。平均回收率为99.73%,RSD=1.77%(n=6);结论所建立的方法可靠、准确、专属性强,可有效控制薄芝菌丝体的质量。 OBJECTIVE To establish the quality standard for Bozhi Mycelium (adenosine, uridine). METHODS Adenosine of Bozhi Mycelium was identified hy TLC, Uridine of Mycelium was determined by HPLC. RESULTS The method separated well and had strong specificity for identification by TLC. The standard curve was linear in the range of 0. 176 96~0. 884 8 μg for the quantitative analysis of uridine (r=0. 999 8, n=5). The average recovery was 99. 73% and RSD was 1.77%. CONCLUSIONS The method is reliable, accurate and specific. It can be used for the quality control of Bozhi Mycelium.
