摘要
电力市场环境下,发电商之间的竞争是一个处于不完全竞争市场、非完全信息下的非合作博弈模型。在分析各种发电商策略性报价基础上,在双人博弈理念下,考虑到机组出力约束,提出了发电商最优竞价策略的数学模型并给出了其求解方法,从而得到了发电商的最优报价策略和在报价越界时优化调整策略。通过算例验证了该方法的有效性,其结论是:当发电商对系统负荷需求不同情况下采用相应的报价策略时,即可实现企业利润的最大化。
In the environment of electricity market,the competition among the power plants can be modeled as a non-cooperative game with incomplete information under the imperfect competition. Based on the analysis of power plants' bidding strategies and the game theory,considering the units limits, this paper presents an optimal bidding strategy ,formulates a novel mathematic model and gives the right approach,thus obtains an optimization bidding strategy and an optimal adjusting method for power plant when the output exceeds its units limits. The efficiency of the proposed approach is illustrated by a numeral case.The conclusion is when the load is different in power system and the power plant alters its optimal bidding strategy correspondinly, it will gain the maximum profits.
