摘要
针对现有电网绝缘阻抗测量方法不能准确地检测区分电网阻抗中的对地绝缘电阻和对地电容的问题,提出了附加电阻测量电网绝缘阻抗新方法的原理,给出了对地绝缘电阻和对地电容的计算公式;利用Matlab仿真试验证明了测量方法的正确性。该方法在电网某一相附加适当的接地电阻后,检测零序分量,测量出电网的对地绝缘电阻和对地电容。该原理方法准确、易实现、适用性广,可用于不同的小电流接地系统。基于此方法,利用微机很容易实现电网绝缘阻抗测量的智能化。
The existing insulation impedance survey methods are unable to examine the difference between insulation resistant and distributing capacitance. This method puts forward a new insulation impedance survey method with a resistant adding single-phase line and the calculating expressions of insulation resistant and distributing capacitance. The correctness of the new method is proved by using simulation software MATLAB. After adding a suitable resistant to one phase line of power network, through checking the zero-sequence parameters, insulation resistant and distributing capacitance can be calculated. This method is of precision, easy actualization and extensive application. At the same time, it can be used for measurement of different low current grounding systems. Based on this new method, the insulation impedance survey will be inteUigentized by microprocessor.
