氟离子对含氟羟基磷灰石纳米粉体结构的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用Ca(NO3)2·4H2O-P2O3-NH4F-乙醇体系,借助溶胶凝胶法在不同引氟量时制备了含氟羟基磷灰石(FHA,Ca10(PO4)6(0H)(2-x)Fx,x=0-2)纳米粉体,并利用XRD、IR和TEM对制备的粉体进行表征。结果表明:随引氟量的改变,FHA粉体的晶格常数、晶粒尺寸和显微结构等均呈现一定规律地变化。其中,晶格常数随着F引入量的增加逐渐减小,而晶粒尺寸却随之增大。 Nano-fluor-hydroxyapatite ( Ca10 ( PO4 ) 6 ( OH )(2-x) Fx, x = 0-2, FHA) powders with different fluorine content were obtained by sol-gel using Ca (NO3)2 · 4H2O-P2O5·NH4F-alcohol system. The powders were measured by X-ray diffraction (XRD), fourier transmission infrared spectrum (FT-IR) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM), respectively. The resuhs indicate that lattice parameter, grain size and microstructure of the heat-treated powders varied regularly corresponding to the fluoride addition. For example, the lattice parameter decreased while grain size increased with fluoride addition increasing.
