摘要
K_(2(1-x))Sr_xZr_4(PO_4)_6(x=0,0.5,1.0,简称KSZP)属于NZP族材料。本文用直接共沉淀法合成了KSZP粉体。粉料添加质量分数分别为3%的ZnO和3%的SiO2作为助烧剂在100MPa压力下单面加压成型,坯体在1100℃下无压烧结制成KSZP陶瓷。讨论了KSZP陶瓷的抗弯强度及介电性能与工艺参数间的关系,并用扫描电镜对陶瓷断面进行观察,用压汞仪对气孔率进行测试。实验测得KSZP陶瓷的抗弯强度分别为109.00MPa、88.32MPa和72.18MPa,介电常数为7.26、5.12和4.52,均属于低介电材料。
K2(1-x) Srx Zr4 ( PO4 ) 6 ( x = 0,0.5,1.0, abbreviated KSZP) ceramics are a new large family of materials known as NZP, which were synthesized by direct co-precipitate method. The ceramics of KSZP were made by dry pressing at 100MPa and sintered in air at 1100℃ with the addition of 3 wt% ZnO and 3 wt% SiO2. The bending strength and dielectric properties, including dielectric constant and loss tangent, were investigated. SEM and porosity were also discussed. The bending strength of the sintered materials are 109.00MPa, 88. 32MPa, 72. 18MPa, respectively. The dielectric constants of KSZP ceramics are 7.26, 5.12, and 4.52, all of which belong to low- dielectric materials.
