摘要
为解决C 80高强混凝土在地下洞库工程被复,尤其是拱顶被复结构的快速浇筑问题,在对特殊部位混凝土所需要施工特性进行分析的基础上,通过配比试验对C 80高性能混凝土的工作特性进行了研究,取得了满足工程设计和施工工艺要求的C 80混凝土配合比,并在某大型地下厂房工程中得到了应用。研究表明,C 80混凝土优异的工作性能是保证地下洞库工程拱顶被复混凝土施工质量的关键,优质的活性细掺合料对于优化C 80高性能混凝土的工作性能、降低水化热、防止裂缝发生、提高耐久性及力学性能发挥着重要作用。
In order to solve the problem of quickly pouring the high-performance concrete in the coating of underground engineering especially in the top of arch coating,this paper analysed the needed construction characteristics of the concrete in special parts. Then it studied the working characteristics of C80 high- performance concrete by mixture trail, and finally gained the mixture proportion which satisfied the request of engineering design and construction technics, and successfully applied in one large underground workshop engineering. The study indicates that the excellent working characteristic of C80 high- performance concrete is the key to the quality of the coating concrete in the top of the arch, and admixture dosage with high quality is very important to optimize working characteristic, debase heat of hydration, prevent crevice, and enhance the lasting quality and mechanical property of C80 high-performance concrete.
