高压加热器CAD参数化辅助设计程序开发

摘要 高压加热器是火电厂的重要辅机,结构紧凑,设计难且繁重。利用CAD开发辅助设计程序,进行高压加热器参数化设计,提出了300MW机组加热器计算机辅助设计的新思路及实施方案。程序利用Access数据库读写设计参数,采用vlsual C++编制了绘图及计算模块,界面用VB编制,沿用AutoCAD 2000的菜单风格。公司原有热力和强度计算程序的输出数据则通过接口程序与本程序完成交互。 HP heater is one of the most important auxiliary equipment. Because its structure is compact, it is difficult and complecated to design it. A new design method aiming at the HP heater of 300MW unit which can automatically calculate and give the blue print by the design parameter is described in this paper. Design parameters are read and written by use of Access data base and drawings and calculated modules have been worked out with visual C++ and the program interface with VB taking the menu Style of Auto CAD 2000. The interface can take in the data working out from the SPEC's original program.
