This article has mainly introduced the cold mode test and the result analysis of the spring nozzle with small pressure difference. The spring nozzle is the key component in the deaerator whose performance directly influences the safe and stable operation of the deaerator and the expected results of the feedwater output, temperature and oxygen content in diversified conditions. The spring nozzle with small pressure difference is developed for adapting the needs of the power market, and it may be applied in the deaerator of the 300MW, 600MW super critical and sub-critical power units.
