The Recent Progress of Microwave Dielectric Ceramics

摘要 综述了微波介质陶瓷材料的特性和发展现状,给出了多数目前已经研究的微波陶瓷体系及其性能,阐述了其制备方法,提出了改善其性能的途径和微波介质陶瓷的预期进展。 The properties of microwave dielectric ceramics and its recent development were described in detail. Most microwave ceramic systems and their properties were listed in this paper, and some important prepared methods were discussed. The way to improve its properties and development trends of microwave ceramics were indicated.
