摘要 发电计划安全校核及优化调整是电力调度管理方面的传统课题,华东区域电力市场运营对这一课题提出了新的要求,本文在综合考虑新的需求基础上,开发了一套针对华东区域电力市场中省(市)级调度交易中心应用的安全校核及校正系统。系统所需的网络拓扑、机组参数、发电计划、母线负荷、联络线潮流、检修计划、稳定限额等数据均采用XML文件为媒介,系统自动从调度实时信息平台读取这些文件,经解析、等值和转换处理,建立计算模型,依照市场规则进行安全校核和校正计算并向市场上传校正计算结果,作为市场竞价出清的约束条件。此外,系统在模型建立及图形显示、平衡节点选择、联络线计划处理、母线分裂运行、应急运行方案等方面也具有特色。 Security check and optimal adjustment system of generation schedule is a traditional issue of dispatching regulation, but in East China Electricity Market, there are many special requirements for it. The paper integrates the special needs and developments a suit software system for the provincial dispatching & exchange center. Data acquisition of the system contains grid topology, generating unit parameters, generation schedule, bus load forecast, interlink line power flow, overhaul schedule, stable limits etc. All the data use the XML files as the media of exchange. The system downloads these XML files from dispatching real time information platform automatically and parses them, then executes two calculations and uploads the result files. In addition, the system has many specials such as model building and graphic view, slack node selection, interlink line schedule, split bus disposal and bypass scheme.
