随着中国钢铁工业进入由大向强转变,我国特钢行业在“十一五”期间也全面进入新一轮调整期,特钢行业发展与特钢技术提升紧密相关。论述了特钢市场、特钢行业发展及特钢技术提升的近况。
With the change of steel industry in China from a large production towards a strong one, the special steel industry in China fully enters to a new period of readjustment during the 11^th fire-year plan, enclosing development with technology improvement. Recent situation of special steel market, development and technology improvement of special steel industry are introduced.
