老年高血压患者P波离散度与阵发性心房颤动的关系 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究老年高血压患者P波离散度与阵发性心房颤动的关系。方法:观察48例老年高血压病并发阵发性心房颤动(PAF)患者(PAF组)的最大P波时限(Pmax)、最小P波时限(Pmin)、P波离散度(Pd)、左房内径(LAD)和左室射血分数(LVEF),并与48例老年高血压病无阵发性心房颤动的患者(对照组)比较。结果:(1)观察组的Pmax、Pd显著大于对照组(P<0.001);(2)观察组的LAD显著大于对照组(P<0.02)。结论:Pmax、Pd和LAD是提示老年高血压病患者阵发性心房颤动发生的有效指标。 Objective: To study the correlation between P wave dispersion and paroxysmal atrial fibrillation (PAF) in aged patients with hypertension. Methods; The max P wave duration (Pmax). min P wave duration (Pmin), P wave dispersion (Pd), left atrial dimension (LAD) and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) of 48 aged patients with hypertension complicated paroxysmal atrial fibrillation (PAF group) and 48 aged patients with hypertension but no complicated paroxysmal atrial fibrillation (control group) were observed. Results.. The Pmin and Pd of PAF group increased more than those of control group (P〈0. 001). The LAD of PAF group increased more than that of control group (P〈0.02). Conclusion: The Pmax Pd and LAD are effective indexes indicated PAF development.
