摘要
目的:观察小鼠心肌梗死模型的病理与心功能变化。方法:缝扎小鼠冠状动脉左前降支,观察超声心动图变化及心肌组织病理变化情况。结果:小鼠结扎后,左室舒张末、收缩末内径增大;短轴缩短率、射血分数降低。病理切片提示心肌缺血后早期可见大量的炎性细胞浸润及心肌细胞膜不完整表现,晚期可见心肌纤维断裂、心肌细胞坏死。结论:冠状动脉结扎法可成功建立小鼠心肌梗死模型。
Objective: To study the changes of pathology and cardiac function in murlne myocardial infarction model by using coronary artery ligation. Methods: The left anterior descending coronary artery was ligatod. The changes of echocardiography and myocardial pathology were observed. Results: After coronary artery ligation, the left ventricular end-diastolic and end-systolic diameters increased, and the fractional shortening (FS) and ejection fraction (EF) decreased. In the early stage of myocardial ischemia, the inflammatory cells infiltrated, and the membranes of cardiac myocytes were incomplete. In the late stage, the myocardial fiber was fractured, and cardiac myocytes were necrotic. Conclusion: Murine myocardial infarction model could be established successfully by coronary artery ligation.
