摘要
目的:探讨感染新生儿人巨细胞病毒(HCMV)糖蛋白B(gB)基因型分布,研究不同HCMV gB基因型致病性的差异。方法:采用巢式聚合酶链反应(nested PCR),限制性片段长度多态性(RFLP)分析技术等测定88例感染患儿尿中HCMV gB基因型,并分析gB基因型与不同临床症状的关系。结果:感染新生儿HCMV 4个gB基因型分布为gB1型占48%,gB2型占27%,gB3型占18%,gB4型占7%。不同gB基因型HCMV感染的临床表现存在差异。结论:4个gB基因型HCMV均能引起新生儿感染,以gB1型为主。不同HCMV gB型感染可导致不同的临床结果。
Objective: To investigate the distribution of glycoprotein B (gB) genotypes in newborns with human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) infection and the effect of gB genotype on the clinical outcome of HCMV infection. Methods:The gB genotypes in the urine samples from 88 newborns with HCMV infection were determined by using nested polymcrase chain reaction (nested PCR) and restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP). The relationship between the gB genotypes and clinical symptoms were analyzed. Resuits: Among newborns with HCMV infection, the distribution of gB1, 2, 3, and 4 was 48% ,27%, 18%, and 7%, respectively. The clinical symptoms were different among newborns with different gB genotypes. Conclusion: All of the 4 HCMV gB genotypes could cause infection in newborns, and gB1 genotype was the most frequent. Four gB gcnotypes may result in different clinical outcomes.
