摘要
在对测试模块、加载模块、结构方案、传感器选用等方面进行分析的基础上,采用DWS超精密(纳米级)振动位移测量仪和自动数据采集技术,研制了新型气体动、静压径向轴承性能测试实验台。该实验台可自动测试轴承间隙内周向内压力分布、承载力、气膜厚度、主轴转速和流量等参数。对被测轴承动态特性的检测表明,该实验台可以较准确地检测出轴承回转过程中轴心的扰动情况。
Based on the analysis of the measuring block, the loading block, the structure scheme and the selection of sensor,DWS ultraprecision(NANO-grade) vibration displacement measurement instrument and automatic data gathering tech are adopted to develop a new type of test table for testing the performances of gas dynamic and static pressure radial bearing. This test table can automatically test such parameters as the circumference distribution of inter-pressure in the bearing clearance, the loading force, the thickness of the gas film,the spindle rotational speed and the rate of gas flow etc. The detection of dynamic performances of tested bearings indicates that this test table can detect the disturbed conditions of the spindle center line during the bearing rotation.
