摘要
目的:探讨Skp2和p27蛋白在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达及临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学S-P法检测Skp2和p27在115例NSCLC组织和正常支气管上皮细胞中的表达。结果:Skp2仅在肺癌组织中表达,且在吸烟者(P<0.01)、鳞癌患者(P=0.03)和低分化患者(P=0.01)中过表达,而与患者的年龄、性别和病理分期无关。p27在正常支气管上皮细胞中均有表达,在肺癌组织中表达降低,但其表达仅与病理分期(P=0.02)有关;Skp2阳性表达的患者中p27表达明显降低(P=0.02)。结论:Skp2和p27的表达与NSCLC的发生和发展有一定的关系,在肺癌中二者之间可能存在某种相互作用机制。
Objective:To explore the expressions of S-phase kinase-associated protei (Skp2) and p27 protein and their significance in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLE), Methods:The expressions of Skp2 and p27 protein were determined by immunohistochemical S-P method in lung cancer samples from 115 patients with NSCLE and normal bronchial epithelial cells, Results:Skp2 was only expressed in NSCLC patients,and was overexpressed in patients who smoked(P 〈 0.01 ),patients with squamous cell lung cancer(P = 0,03),and patients with poorly differentiated lung cancer (P = 0.01 ). The expression of p27 protein was found in normal bronchial epithelial cells, and the expression was reduced in NSCLC and correlated with the pathological stage (P = 0.02), The expression of p27 was significantly reduced in patients with positive expression of Skp2 (P = 0,02). Conclusion:Skp2 overexpression and the reduction of p27 expression may be involved in the oncogenesis and development of NSCLC.
