摘要
为了定量确定偏心负载对垂直装置的摆动气缸运动影响程度,建立了偏心负载作用下的摆动气缸数学模型.通过仿真,发现其加速度曲线呈现双驼峰形.为了表征这种现象,定义加速度曲线的第2峰值与第1峰值的比值vα作为速度稳定性判据,并进一步通过试验验证了选择该比值作为稳定性判据的合理性.该判据解决了偏心负载对垂直装置的摆动气缸运动影响程度的定量问题.
To determine the influence of eccentric load on the motion of rotary cylinder mounted vertically quantificationally, a mathematic model was built and the simulation results show that the angular acceleration curves of rotary cylinder have distinguishing dual hump-shaped feature. The genetic analysis of the feature was performed. To represent the phenomena, the speed stability criterion was defined as the second hump value divided by the first hump value of rotary cylinder angular acceleration curve and the experimental results also verify the rationality of the criterion. The criterion settles the problem on determining the degree of influence of eccentric load on the dynamic characteristics of rotary cylinder quantificationally .
