摘要
为了降低变电所绝缘子停电清扫带来的经济损失,并提高作业人员带电清扫时的安全性,提出了一种遥控机器人HVCR-II,用于带电清扫330 kV变电所高电压设备的外绝缘瓷瓶.该机器人由自行拖车式移动小车、关节式-伸缩式绝缘机械结构、双主机从备用式控制系统、图像监控系统和泄漏电流自动报警系统5部分组成.工频耐压试验和模拟带电清扫试验表明,其绝缘性能满足超高压带电清扫作业规程,清扫效果满足设计要求.
In order to decrease the economic losses caused by outage cleaning of insulators, and improve the safety of operators during hot-line cleaning, a super high voltage hot-line cleaning robot, "HVCR-II", was presented to clean insulators of high voltage equipments in 330 kV transformer substations. It is consisted of moving carrier, insulating articulated mechanical structure, control system, image supervision system, and leakage current alarm system. The high voltage withstand test and the simulation brushing test show that "HVCR-II" has great insulating property satisfying the operation rules and it has ideal cleaning effectiveness.
