摘要
本文从理论上推导喷雾干燥技术中雾化器流量、雾化角各自的关系公式,基于空气动力干扰学说推导出雾化后液滴平均直径的理论公式。找出它们内在联系,通过相关实验数据验证,其关系基本上符合实际生产要求。
The paper educes the relation and formulas about flux of atomizer and angle of atomizer in theory, and educes average diameter of drop after atomization based on aerodynamics. Found their inner link. With lots of related experimental finding, the model accords with real request of production on the whole.
