低温对二氮嗪预处理减轻大鼠海马神经元缺氧复氧损伤的作用 被引量:1

摘要 脑缺血再灌注损伤是一个多因素、多环节的恶性级联过程,针对不同环节发挥作用的保护措施联合应用比单一保护措施更有效。低温简单易行,安全范围大,是当前较为重要的脑保护措施,但低温并不能完全消除脑损伤。有研究表明,选择性线粒体内膜ATP敏感性钾通道(Mito-KATP)开放剂二氮嗪可减轻缺氧复氧性脑损伤。但低温对二氮嗪预处理减轻大鼠海马神经元缺氧复氧损伤的作用尚需进一步探讨。本研究拟观察低温对二氮嗪预处理减轻大鼠海马神经元缺氧复氧损伤的作用,为临床研究提供理论依据。
