BODPOD体成分测量仪中两种方法测量成年人身体成分的差异性及相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究在BODPOD体成分测量仪中,利用估计测量与直接测量两种方法测得的成年人身体成分结果是否存在显著性差异,探索估计测量方法的准确性;方法:利用BODPOD体成分测量仪测量35名受试者的身体成分。分别采用估计测量和直接测量两种方法测得胸腔内气体体积,然后再分别计算出体脂率。比较估计测量和直接测量两种方法所得的体成分值的差异性与相关性;结果:两种方法所得的%BF值无显著性差异,而是存在高度相关性(r=0.954,P<0.001)。结论:估计测量方法也是一种较为精确的测量体成分的方法。从长远来看,存在估计测量方法代替直接测量方法测量体成分的可能。 The purpose of this study was to estimate the body fat percent (%BF) through using the predication and measurement thoracic gas volumes in BOD POD in order to find out that whether two methods have significant difference on adults in BODPOD. The body fat percent of thirty-five subjects were measured by using BODPOD. The datum of thoracic gas volume (Vtg) was estimated by using predict (Vtgpred) and measure (Vtgmeas) ,then calculated the value of %BF. Following that,two methods were compared and get the difference and correlation of the value of %BF. The result showed that there was no significant difference of subjects value of BF by using Vtgpred and Vtgmeas methods,while these values have significant correlation with the two methods (r = 0. 954,P〈0. 001). It concluded that Vtgpred method was also a precise method of measuring %BF. From the long views, it is possible to replace the Vtgmeas by Vtgpred.
