辐照对光肩星天牛幼虫发育的影响 被引量:19

摘要 用高能X射线辐照处理3、4、5龄光肩星天牛幼虫,结果表明:辐照引起幼虫的生活期延长,发育迟缓;辐照抗性随虫龄的增加而增强,5龄幼虫最耐辐照,阻止其化蛹的剂量为55~60Gy。γ射线辐照杨树木段中光肩星天牛幼虫的结果也表明,60Gy能够100%阻止老熟幼虫化蛹。因此,可以推荐60Gy作为光肩星天牛幼虫检疫辐照处理的有效剂量,用于原木和木质包装的检疫除害处理。 The third-fifth instar larvae of Anoplophora glabripennis were irradiated at the dose of 20~ 140 Gy by high energy X- rays (9 MeV), the results showed that irradiation at the dose of 20 ~ 60 Gy prolonged the developmental duration of irradiated larvae, and the radio-resistance was increased with the increase of instars, where the 54 instar larvae was the most resistant larvae, the irradiation dose for preventing pupation was 55~60 Gy. ^60 Co-γ rays irradiation at the dose of 60 Gy also prevent the mature larvae of A. glabripennis in poplar wood from pupation completely. Thus, the minimum effective dose of 60 Gy could be suggested for quarantine treatment of the larvae of A. glabripennis in logs and wood packing materials.
