摘要
区段煤柱留设尺寸的合理与否直接关系到巷道变形量大小、支护成本与效果。针对微山崔庄煤矿同一工作面不同区段煤柱宽度的具体条件,对不同护巷条件的巷道变形与小煤柱破坏演化规律进行了现场实测研究,研究成果能充分反映煤柱宽度这一最主要因素对巷道变形的影响。研究结果表明,大小煤柱护巷巷道顶底、两帮变形量具有截然不同的变化规律;小煤柱破坏区域在时间上、空间上呈现不均匀性,表现出不对称马鞍形破坏演化特征。研究结论对有针对性的巷道支护设计、确定合理的区段煤柱留设尺寸具有重要的参考价值。
The dimension of section coal pillars is reasonable or not directly influences the deformation magnitude of entries and the cost and effect of their supports. In view of different widths of the chain pillars at the same working face of Weishan Cuizhuang Coalmine, the entry deformation and failure of small coal pillars are studied and measured in situ under different conditions of entry protection. The research results can fully reflect the impact of coal pillar widths on the entry deformation. It shows that the deformation is totally different between roof-floor and ribs under the conditions of big and small chain pillars. The failure area of small coal pillar presents the uneven nature with the time and space, and shows asymmetry saddle-shape failure evolvement character. The results have important reference value on the supports design of entries and the determination of reasonable dimension of chain pillars.
