摘要
用透射电子显微镜技术,研究了BN纤维的微观结构,阐明了BN纤维在生成转化过程中存在的晶体结构状态。研究表明,以涡轮层状相为主晶相,含氮量高,晶粒尺寸小的BN纤维具有良好的力学性能。在BN纤维的制备过程中,轴向加适当张力,可促使BN纤维表层晶粒的定向排列,为提高材料的力学性能,提出了制造工艺的改进方向。
This paper studies microstructure of BN fiber with transmission electron microscope technology, clarifies the structural state of crystals of BN fiber existed in the process of its generation and transformation. It demonstrates that BN fiber has a sound mechanical function, when the most of crystalline phases are turbostratic- phases and whose nitrogen magnitude is high and size is small. During the production of BN fiber, adding suitable tension from axial direction can promote the directional arrangement for surface crystalline grains of BN fiber, providing the improving direction of manufacturing technology.
