摘要
[目的]找出对羽绒填充料中标中微生物的最佳杀菌处理模式。[方法]本研究主要针对目前我国羽绒新国家标准以及欧盟羽绒检测标准中有关微生物限量指标方面提出的要求与规定,结合我国羽绒生产中的实际情况,将经过水洗加工的羽绒填充料按不同烘干时间与蒸汽压力组合进行烘干处理。每种组合作3个重复,以3次检测的平均数作为最终检测数据,同时以每批次抽取的羽绒原料毛作阳性对照。通过对21种不同组合模式下处理的羽绒中4种微生物状况进行检测,以期找出最佳处理组合模式。[结果]阳性对照样中除沙门氏菌未检出外,其他细菌均大量超标;在不同烘干时间和压力的21种组合模式中,按照欧洲EN1884-1998的检测方法和欧洲EN12935-2001判定标准,15min、0.40Mpa,20min、0.25Mpa,30min、0.20Mpa为微生物检测项目合格的临界点。[结论]烘干时间为25min,蒸汽压力达到0.35Mpa为较适合的合格临界点组合。企业可以根据自己的实际情况任选一种合格临界点以上的时间—蒸汽压力杀菌处理组合模式,均可达到国内外有关标准要求。
It is aiming to choose an optimum disposing model for the four appointed microorganisms in down filling materials. According to the new criteria of China National Standard and EU standard on the limits of microorganisms in down filling materials, we designed 21 disposing models of different combinations of drying-time and steam-pressure that often adopted in our country. In the experiment, each model contains three repetitions, and the final data is the average of three. We treated the specimen under different combinations and then test the corresponding microbiological states in accordance with EN 1884-1998. The original positive control's microorganisms was severely exceeded the criterion of EN 12935-2001 except for the salmonella. Basing on the experiment, we educed the critical points of microbiological qualify in 15min-0.40Mp, 20min-0.25Mpa, 30min-0.20Mpa. Meanwhile, we concluded that 25min-0.35Mpa isthe optimum combination for down filling materials. It suggests that the enterprises may choose to make the down materials meet the minimum sanitary requirements of both domestic and European criteria.
