出生前混配农药暴露对雄性大鼠早期生殖发育的影响

EFFECTS OF REPRODUCTIVE DEVELOPMENT IN MALE OFFSPRING OF WISTAR RATS AFTER PRENATAL EXPOSURE TO SEVERAL PESTISIDES

摘要 [目的]探讨出生前暴露于氯氰菊酯和甲基对硫磷混配农药对雄性大鼠早期生殖发育的影响。[方法]Wistar孕鼠随机分为4组,从受孕1天至15天连续经口染毒(两种农药以相当于1/300、1/95、1/30LD50剂量等毒混配),对照组采用菜籽色拉油。雄性仔代出生第一天测量肛殖距离、体重、身长和尾长;10周龄每组处死10只,测定睾丸、附睾、前列腺重量,并计数睾丸每日生精量和附睾尾精子数,取血进行生殖激素促黄体生成激素(LH)、促卵泡成熟激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(T)测定。[结果]未观察到混配农药对新生雄性仔鼠肛殖距离、身长、尾长和体重的影响,各剂量组睾丸、附睾和前列腺脏器系数以及睾丸每日精子生成量和附睾尾精子数也无差异。血清睾酮(T)低剂量组高于组对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]雄性大鼠出生前暴露于甲基对硫磷和氯氰菊酯混配农药可以对血清生殖激素睾酮的水平产生干扰作用。 It is to study the effects of reproductive development toxicity of male rats after prenatal exposure to cypermethrin and methylparathion. The pregnant Wistar rats were divided randomly into 4 groups, three exposure groups (the dose levels is 1/300 LD50, 1/95 LD50, 1/30 LD50) were force-fed cypermethrin and methylparathion once a day during pregnant day 1 to day 15. Control group was force-fed rapeseed salad oil only. At the postnatal day 1, the ganoenital distance, body weight, body length and tail length of male rats offspring were measured. At the postnatal day 70, the adult male offspring were sacrificed and measured the viscera relative weight of testes, epididymidis and prostate. The level of serum genital hormone: Luteinizing Hormone(LH), Follicle Stimulating Hormone(FSH), Estradiol(E2) and Testosterone(T), the quantity of daily sperm production of testes and the quantity of sperm of epididymidis were also measured. We did not find the effect on the ganoenital distance, body weight, body length and tail length of each newly born, the effects to the viscera relative weight, the quantity of daily sperm production of testes and the quantity of sperm of epididymidis were also small. The level of Testosterone(T) of low dose group is higher than the controlled and other dose groups (P〈0.05). Prenatal exposure to methylparathion and cypermethrin can disturb the level of Testosterone(T) in male rat offspring.
