基于Gleeble-1500的粗轧机轧制力的研究

摘要 在Gleeble-1500热/力模拟实验机的基础上,用QuikSim管理软件配套记录实验数据,测定Q345钢材的应力-应变曲线,并以σ0.2作为材料的屈服极限值,得到不同条件下的变形抗力值.通过分析变形速度、变形温度对变形抗力的影响,表明随变形速度值的增加,变形抗力值提高;随变形温度值的升高,变形抗力值降低.根据实验所得变形抗力而计算的轧制力能很好地预测粗轧机的轧制力. The experiment is made on Gleeble-1500 and the data of the experiment is recorded by software of QuikSim. The curve of stress-strain of Q345 is found and then the resistance of deformation is obtained in different conditions when σ0.2 is considered as the yield limit. The effect of deformation velocity and deformation temperature on resistance of deformation is analyzed. It shows that the resistance of deformation is improved with the raising of deformation velocity and failing of deformation temperature. The resistance of deformation which is calculated by the result of experiment can dope out the rolling force of the rougher mill.
