高等学校教学管理系统化、科学化是提高教学管理水平,保证教学质量的基础,是我国高等教育发展的时代特征和内在要求,是培养高素质创新人才的重要保证.在界定高等学校教学管理系统化、科学化的内涵与特征基础上,提出树立科学教学管理理念、制定科学合理的人才培养方案、建立和完善教学管理制度、加强教学管理方法和手段现代化建设等教学管理系统化、科学化的策略.

Systematic and scientific management of teaching and learning in colleges and universities is the basis of improving management level, the guarantee of teaching and learning quality, the features and requirement of higher education development in China, and the decisive factor of cultivating original talents with high quality. By explaining the connotation and features of systematic and scientific management of teaching and learning in colleges and universities, this paper sets forth some strategies for its realization： to establish the conception of scientific management, to set the scientific plan of talents cultivation, to establish and perfect the teaching management system, and to strengthen the construction of teaching management.
