试论新形势下高职教师知识结构的优化

高职教育顺应了新世纪教育的发展方向,强调受教育者能力、创新素质的培养,这也是当前高职毕业生深受用人单位欢迎的重要原因。无疑高职这种新型教育方式对教师的知识提出了新的更高的要求。高职教师一方面要有丰富的、全面的学科专业知识,同时要有创新品格和实践能力。但是,目前高职教师的知识结构很难适应高职教育发展的要求,这个问题严重影响高职院校的教学质量,并成为制约高职院校快速发展的瓶颈。因此,在我国大力发展职业教育的新形势下,必须尽快优化高职教师的知识结构。
