摘要
在建立了车削模型的基础上,推导出了工件—刀具—机床系统的传递函数。以具有椭圆误差的工件为例,从频率分析的角度剖析了切削精度提高的机理,根据滤波器特性进一步解释了误差复映的规律。增大系统的刚度和阻尼可以有效改善系统幅频特性,提高工件转速能够有效地消除被加工工件的大周期误差。
The paper evaluated the transfer function of workpiece - cutter - machine system on the basis of constructing the turning model. The paper analyzed the principle of improving the turning precision of the machine tool taking the ellipse workpiece as example, from the angle of frequency spectrum analysis. And also further explained the rules of error reflection according to the filter rejector. Increasing the rigidity and damp of the machine tool system may effectively improve the amplitude - frequency characteristic of the system, and increasing the rotary speed of the workpiece will eliminate the big piriodic error of it.
