摘要
介绍了热-力耦合有限元理论对加工表面残余应力进行的预测和计算,并借助于有限元软件对切削过程进行仿真,得到了加工表面残余应力的分布规律。
In this paper, thermo - mechanical coupling FEM ( Finite Element Method) theory is adopted to predict and calculate the residual stresses. In additon, a FEM software is used to simulate the metal cutting process, and the residual stress distribution in machined layer is obtained.
