The paper puts forward a reconfigurable sheet forming die, it is constructed with detached poles. The die can be reconfigured for variable surfaces of die with ＂Variant heads＂. In addition, the die has a particular character of pressing and forming the sheet inside die, it can decrease the wrinkle in sheet forming. The die can be built the press device to combine an integrated die. The die is especially used in middle -small batch sheet forming and will bring much advantage.
