摘要
研究了制备甲基(N-β-胺乙基-γ-胺丙基)甲基二甲氧基硅烷的胺化过程中产生盐的再利用方法。结果表明,通过处理后得到的乙二胺可以用于氨基硅烷的生产,并获得合格的氨基硅烷产品。这在一定程度上降低了氨基硅烷的生产成本,同时避免了胺盐对环境的污染,体现了绿色化工的理念。
The reuse method of ethylenediamine salt was studied, the salt was obtained in the process of amination of methyl-(N-β-aminoethyl-γ-aminopropyl)-methyl-dimethoxylsilane. The result showed that ethylenediamine could be used as raw material to produce aminosilane after it was treated, and the qualified aminosilane was obtained. This method reduced production cost of aminosilane in a certain extent, meanwhile avoided environmental pollution of amine salt, the thinking of green industry was embodied.
