摘要
目的探讨ICU进修护士临床教学模式,为医院培养危重症监护临床护理骨干。方法对126名进修护士进行系统的ICU临床教学6个月。通过建立进修护士基本信息库,制定ICU专科培养目标,有步骤地进行临床带教;教学理论与临床实践密切结合,并根据进修护士的工作经验、进修目的及接受能力不同,因人施教,采用个体化教学模式。结果不同职称进修护士进修前后的相关理论知识和专科技能操作掌握程度差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),通过进修培训提高了护士的专科理论知识及抢救技能。结论分阶段临床教学模式是提高ICU进修人员整体素质及综合技术水平行之有效的模式。
Objective To explore the clinical training mode for nurses with advanced study in ICU, and train clinical nursing experts for ICU. Methods 126 nurses with advanced study were systemically trained for 6 months in ICU. The systemic clinical teaching measures were carded out,including setting up basic personal information database, establishing specialty training objectives, and performing it stage by stage. In the process of clinical training,the individualized teaching made was carried out combining with theory and practice,as well as each nurse' s working experience,objectives and ability. Results There was significant difference in the nurses' theory and practice performance before and after training( P 〈 0.01 ) ,which showed that the training improved nurses' specialty theory and first - aid techniques. Conclusion The clinical teaching made stage by stage is proved to be an effective mode to improve the whole quality and techniques for nurses with advanced study in ICU.
