摘要
目的开展护理服务文化建设,提高护理质量。方法确立目标,全员培训,转变观念,创新医院人文环境,规范护士言行,完善规章制度,服务流程再造,开展特色服务及相关文化活动。结果提高了病人满意度,减少了护理差错及投诉的发生;提高了护士的整体素质,护士的学历及护理论文的数量明显提高;提高了护理质量。差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论护理服务文化建设有利于提高护理工作质量。
:Objective To strengthen nursing culture construction and improve the quality of nursing. Methods The following measures were carried cot, such as identifying objectives ,providing training, changing ideas, developing hospital humanistic environment, standardizing nurses' language and behaviors, improving rules and regulations, reconstructing nursing flows, developing characteristic service and related cultural activities. Results This practice increased patients satisfaction, reduced nursing mistakes and patients complains, improved nurses' general quality and the quality of nursing. The nurses' educational level, the number and quality of nursing papers were improved as well ( P 〈0.01 or P 〈 0. 05 ). Concinsion Nursing culture constntetion was beneficial for the improvement of quality of nursing.
