太平天国“着佃交粮”制考辨

A textual criticism on Taiping's Zhuo-Dian-Jiao-Liang system

史学界长期以来认为,太平天国在苏南浙江地区推行的所谓“着佃交粮”制是太平天国的创举。但实际上,太平天国苏福省、浙江省当局普遍实行的是着佃交粮与招业收租并举的政策,而且着佃交粮因为没有在产权问题上做出明确确认,不仅带有临时应急的特点,而且在理论上有诸多模糊不清之处。首先,“着佃交粮”并未改变当时农村社会生产关系,特别是土地所有权关系的现状。其次,“着佃交粮”并未减轻佃农的社会负担。

It was considered traditionally that Taiping＇s Zhuo-Dian-Jiao-Hang system was a pioneering work performed during the late period of Taiping Heavenly Kingdom in Southern Jiangsu province and Zhejiang province. However, because it did not confirm owner right of land, it not only hold temporary feature but also indistinct theoretical points. First, it did not change any rural social relationship at all, especially land owner right. Second, it did not lessen practical burden of tenant peasants.
