大学生素质拓展活动项目管理探析

素质拓展活动训练是大学生素质拓展计划的重要环节。素质拓展活动项目是大学生综合素质的提高的基本单位。在研究如何创新大学生思想政治工作的机制、手段、方式和方法,大力推进大学生素质拓展计划时,细化研究素质拓展活动项目管理是十分有意义的事。文章从创新活动项目策划、优化项目组织、加强项目运行以及完善项目后评价管理等方面探析了如何进一步加强大学生素质拓展活动项目管理。

The training of quality-developed activity is an important sector among the quality-developed plans of College students,and the item of quality-developed activity is the basic unit for improving the comprehensive qulity of the college students.So it＇s meaningful to research in details the management of item of quality-developed actiity when doing the research on how to create the college students in mechanisms and methods of ideological and political work,and giving impetus to quality-developed plan of college students.This paper analyzes how to take further steps to manage the item of quality-developed activity of college students through such aspect as creating the designation of activity item;optimizing the item organization;strengthening the item operation and perfecting the evaluation management.
