摘要
本文采用新的视角,将传统管理理论中的核心思想,按逻辑关系整合在一个合作的理论框架之中,并运用博弈论分析社会管理问题,发现人与人之间的关系实质上是一个利益博弈的关系。通过重复博弈或完全合作博弈,可以走出社会管理困境,使博弈者达到利益的均衡。
In this paper, the writer conforms the central thoughts of traditional management theory to a principle frame according to the logic of cooperation. In the analysis of society management by game principle, it will be find that the relation between two people is a benefit game. For the sake of benefit balance, it is necessary to solute the management difficult position by repeated games or full cooperation game.
