This paper discusses the major problems of measuring recall ratio and pertinency ratio, including documents relativity, deciding relativity and the sum total of relational documemts. It also researches retrieval languages “indexing couping” principales and its applications on which determins documents relativity and its degree. Finally it researches the methods of mesearing recll ratio and pertinency ratio.
