耐酸性α-淀粉酶高产菌株发酵条件优化 被引量:1

摘要 对耐酸性α-淀粉酶高产菌株ASA-UD86进行发酵条件优化,研究发现该菌株适宜的发酵工艺条件为培养基以麦麸为主要原料,加入豆饼粉补充氮源,麦麸:豆饼粉为1:0.5,料水比为1:1.2,培养温度为30℃,发酵时间60h ̄72h,初始pH值自然。 The solid-state fermentation conditions for acid-tolerant α-amylase-producing strain ASA-UD86 were studied. It was indicated that the optimal conditions for enzyme production were as follows: wheat bran was used as main material of the medium; soybean was added as nitrogen source; the mixture ratio of whcat bran and soybean was 1:0.5; the ratio of solid material and water was 1:1.2; and the fermentation was processed at 30℃ for 60h-72h with the natural pH as initial pH.
