摘要
本文在肯定图书馆用户的重要性的同时,从国外图书馆价值观及其制度化安排、图书馆用户服务的操作层面两方面,对程焕文教授提出的“用户永远都是正确的”的命题提出了质疑。
In this paper, the author affirms the importance of library users and raises synchronously a query to the proposition of ＂Users are always right＂ which was put forward by Professor Cheng Huanwen from library values and its institutional arrangements abroad.
