摘要
薪酬政策设计和执行的质量往往能够直接决定对员工激励效果的好坏。企业对薪酬在管理激励中重要性的认识较之以前已有明显进步,许多企业谈到薪酬还停留在传统的基本工资和奖金这些货币性薪酬上。其实,薪酬涵盖的内容远不止这些,不以货币形式支付的非货币薪酬正在企业人力资源管理中发挥着日益重要的作用。
The design and Execution of the salary policy can determine the incentive result. The enterprises have made great progress in their idea on the incentive importance of salary. But we can not deny the fact that there are still lots of enterprises which only focus on traditional Currency Salary, such as basic wage and bonus. In fact ,salary has many different kinds . Non- Currency Salary have already played a very important role in Human Resource Management.
