摘要
职业高原现象是当今企业和个体所面临的一个普遍现象,这一职业危机问题已成为人力资源管理的新课题。职业高原给个体和组织带来的负面效应很大,跨越职业高原是个体和组织成长的必然选择。从舒适区的角度分析职业高原现象,可以发现走出舒适区是跨越职业高原根本的途径。
Nowadays career plateau is a prevalent phenomenon that the corporations and individuals usually confront. It has been a new task for human resource management. Career plateaus always bring so much negative domino effect that it is an inevitable choice to span them. From analyzing the career plateaus at the angle of cnmfort zone, we can find out it brings forward that walking out of comfort zone is the essential passes.
