近两年,中国的楼市一直处在政府的宏观调控中,房地产市场的活跃度虽有下降,但价格却没有明显的回落,各大城市房价依然一路高走,宏观调控要何时奏效?对宏观调控的政策和措施本身进行反思尤为重要。
The price of china's real-estate market has been adjusted and controlled by macro-policy of government in the last two years. The price of large city's real-estate is higher although the real-estate markets activate is down. When will the Macro-policy on real-estate market effect? We should think about the macro-policy and the measures.
