关注颅颌面交通事故伤——加强宏观研究,提高防治水平

Focus on road traffic injuries of the craniomaxillofacial regions in China: Strengthening national-wide studies and improving the quality of prevention and treatment

本文概括地总结了近10余年来我国道路交通事故伤的发生与防治现状,简要介绍了颌面部交通伤的伤情特点及流行病学状况,重点分析了我国在颌面交通伤救治中所存在的问题和原因。认为道路交通安全是一个重大公共卫生问题,积极开展对交通伤的预测和预防研究,努力提高救治水平,将是我们今后15～20年所面临的重大社会责任。作者建议,今后一段时间内,颌面创伤的学术发展应重视创伤严重度评分的研究和应用,争取进行全国性颌面交通伤流行病学调查,积极开展颌面部撞击损伤机制和创伤预测模型的研究,以促进颌面部交通伤的有效防治。

An overall epidemiological view of road traffic injury in China was presented in this article, and the characteristics of oral and maxillofacial injuries associated with road traffic accidents were introduced. The proposals for improvement of prevention and treatment of oral and maxillofacial injuries were provided regarding both clinieal and research aspects, such as enhancing the principle training of maxillofacial surgery in local hospitals, implementing cooperation with other departments in first-aid of multiple injuries, highlighting the application and research of injury score. establishing the uniform definition and participating in the national linked database of traffic injuries throughout China, and so on.
