烧伤皮肤再生医疗技术临床应用分析——附1648例总结报告 被引量:19

摘要 目的:通过临床实践,总结分析认识烧伤皮肤再生医疗技术在烧伤临床中的应用效果。方法:通过对1989年10月至2004年10月应用烧伤皮肤再生医疗技术治疗的1648例各类烧伤患者的全身及局部治疗进行分析总结。结果:治愈1625例,治愈率98.60%;中途转院18例;死亡5例占0.30%。浅深Ⅱ度愈合时间较传统疗法明显缩短2-7天,经6-12个月随访,深Ⅱ度愈后不留瘢痕,部分留有色素沉着或脱失。小面积Ⅲ度创面不植皮可自愈,经12-24个月随访,留有轻度平软瘢痕,无明显功能障碍,降低了致残率。植皮创面部分留有色素沉着。结论:烧伤皮肤再生医疗技术理论新颖,观点正确,符合烧伤发病的生理病理变化过程和创面原位自然再生修复机理,较好地解决了创面疼痛、瘀滞带组织的进行性坏死、创面感染及深Ⅱ度创面瘢痕化愈合等国际烧伤学术界棘手的四大难题,是目前治疗烧伤的最理想药物,对基层医院相当适宜,应大力推广普及应用。 Objective: To sum up the experience in clinical application of burn skin regeneration medical technique. Method: A summary of treating 1648 cases of burn of different kinds using burn skin regeneration medical technique was made and the data was analyzed. Result: 1625 cases were cured. The curative rate was 98. 60%. 18 cases transferred to other hospital before wound healing and 5 cases died (0. 30% ). The average healing time of superficial deep 2^nd degree burn wounds was shortened by 2 to 7 days, as compared with that of conventional burn treatment. The patients were followed - up for 6 to 12 months, no scar formed after healing of deep 24 degree wounds and some of them had slight pigmentation or de-pigmentation. Small 3^rd degree wound healed spontaneously without skin grafting. After followed - up for 12 to 24 months, only slight soft scars had formed, no dysfunction happened, the disablement rate was reduced. Wounds subjected to skin grafting had partial pigmentation. Conclusion: Burn skin regeneration medical technique has sound theoretical ground and correct viewpoint, it conforms to the process of burn pathogenesis and wound regeneration and has solved four knotty problems such as pains in wounds, progressive necrosis of stasis zone tissues, wound infections and healing of deep 2^nd degree burn wounds with scar formation. It is up to now the best remedy for treating burn wounds. It is very suitable to be applied in grass - root hospital and worthy to be popularized.
