肝细胞癌组织中MMP-9,CD_(44)V_6与nm23-H_1表达的相关性及意义 被引量:8

摘要 目的检测肝细胞癌(HCC)组织中MMP-9,CD44V6及nm23-H1的表达水平,了解HCC中MMP-9,CD44V6与nm23-H1表达的相关性及其与HCC侵袭转移的关系。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测60例HCC中MMP-9,CD44V6及nm23-H1的表达。结果侵袭转移倾向高危组的35例HCC标本中,MMP-9,CD44V6及nm23-H1表达的强阳性率分别为71.4%(25/35),68.6%(24/35)和25.7%(9/35);侵袭转移倾向低危组的25例HCC标本中,MMP-9,CD44V6及nm23-H1表达的强阳性率分别为40.0%(10/25),36.0%(9/25)和60.0%(15/25);MMP-9及CD44V6的表达与HCC侵袭转移倾向呈正相关性(P<0.01),nm23-H1的表达与HCC的侵袭转移倾向呈负相关性(P<0.01),MMP-9与CD44V6的表达呈正相关性,而MMP-9,CD44V6与nm23-H1的表达呈负相关性。结论MMP-9,CD44V6及nm23-H1的表达可能作为HCC预后及转移潜能判断的指标。 Objective To detect the levels of expression of MMP-9, CD44V6 and mn23-H1 in hepatoeellular carcinoma (HCC), to evaluate the eorrelativity of expression among MMP-9, CD44V6, nm23-Htand the relationship between their expression, the tumor invasion and metastasis of HCC. Methods The expression of MMP-9, CD44V6 and mn23-H1 were detected with immunohistochemlstry in 60 HCC samples. Results In high potential of invasion and metastasis group, the strong positive rates of MMP-9, CD44V6 and nm23-H1 were 71.4% (25/35), 68.6% (24/35) and 25.7% (9/35), respectively; in low potential group, the strong positive rates were 40.0% (10/25), 36.0%(9/25) and 60.0% (15/25), respectively. There was a positive correlation between the expression of MMP-9, CD44V6 and the tumor invasion, metastasis in HCC ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; there was a reverse correlation between the expression of nm23-H1 and the tumor invasion, metastasis potential in HCC (P〈0.01) . In HCC, there was a positive correlation between the expression of MMP-9 and CD44V6 ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; however, a reverse correlation between the expression of MMP-9, CD44V6 and nm23-H1 ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Expression of MMP-9, CD44V6 and nm23-H1 may be a usoful diagnostic parameter for the tumor invasion and metastasis in HCC.
